Subscription charged multiple times and no cancellation option

My name is Zilolakhon Esonova.

I subscribed to Clawy on March 10, 2026 but was charged multiple times the same day.

Receipts:
2059-5206 – $9.00
2383-1611 – $10.99
2840-8422 – $9.00

The service is still not functioning correctly and the billing dashboard does not provide a cancellation option.

I cannot find any support email or contact form on the website.

Please help with:

1. Cancelling all active subscriptions
2. Preventing further charges
3. Refunding the duplicate payments
