Scheduled Python requirements upgrade jobs started failing in the xblock-sql-grader repo when trying to tag the arbi-bom team for review on the created PRs. To avoid the failure alert, the workflow was updated to not tag any team temporarily in the PR openedx/xblock-sql-grader#80.

Request

Add arbi-bom team as collaborators in the xblock-sql-grader repo settings.

Reasoning

Reason

After investigating, it was found out that arbi-bom was not a part of the collaborators in the repo settings which caused the issue in the first place. Adding the team as collaborators should fix the issue with the workflow and start tagging the team successfully for review.
