[Test failure] TC-00258: Race condition in course re-run

Expected behavior

When re-running a course from the Studio home page "3 dot" menu, creating the new course run should deposit the user into into Studio for the new course.

Actual behavior

• New course run is created, but an ugly "not found" error is displayed with no navigation options
• If the user goes back and tries again they get an error that the course run already exists
• If the user goes to Studio home the new course run is displayed

Steps to reproduce

• Re-run a course from the Studio home 3 dot menu

Additional information

As this seems like a race condition between creation and display, it may be a transient error and take several tries to reproduce, or may not occur on all deployments.
