[Test failure] TC-00255: Incorrect / broken link in Authoring Home

Expected behavior

Default links on the Course Authoring home page all point to useful places.

Actual behavior

On the right side of Studio Home is the link:

Getting started with Open edX Ulmo Demo - Studio

Which points to the old docs site and 404s. It should probably point here: https://docs.openedx.org/en/latest/educators/navigation/creating_course.html

Steps to reproduce

Go to Studio Home, click the link listed above.

FYI - It looks like this has been fixed but was not backported to Ulmo because the DEPR happened after the cutoff so this will be fixed in Verawood

Specifically this line will fix the broken link you mentioned
