This pr adds a web socket library to the watch package to allow automatic browser reload after files change instead of restarting the web server completely.
In the index.html a small bit of JavaScript is added for debug builds to listen for a reload message from the web socket server.
I also updated the JavaScript file a little bit with
const,let, and arrow functions.This could also be a separate watcher, but this looked like the easiest way to add support for it without duplicating code.
