Enterprise users' overlay dialogs are shown twice

Description

Both Add user and Delete user from the list get shown twice.

Expected Behavior

Dialogs should be only shown once.

Actual Behaviour

It seems like when adding, this issue happens only if you add an existing user.
For deleting, it always happens.

Steps to Reproduce

Add user

1. Click add manager
2. Select existing user email
3. Click invite

Remove user

1. Click the remove icon
2. Click confirm
