Fixing statistics

Hi,

Does pdbfixer provide some fixing statistics ? schrodinger provides some metrics before and after fixing, we can evaluate the fixing easily through this. Here is the snapshot of schrodinger

If you're using the Python API, you can check the missingAtoms and missingTerminals fields to see which atoms it identified as missing. See the manual for details.
