[Feature Request] Ranges over StarTree File Formats #16190

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Currently, we support the interface to check if the child node for a particular dimension value exists or not.
We don't support ranges, where we can take the startDimensionValue and endDimensionValue and return the iterator of nodes amongst children in that range.
Describe the solution you'd like
Support ranges in the Star Tree file formats.
