[Writable Warm] More refined stats in FileCache #17479

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
With FileCache now being used by Composite Directory in addition to Remote Snapshots and with the support of FilePinning in FileCache, we will require more refined stats and usage metrics than what is currently present in CacheUsage and CacheStats
Describe the solution you'd like
Metrics such as blockUsage, nonBlockUsage, activeBlockUsage, activeNonBlockUsage, pinnedUsage, activePinnedUsage etc should be available for the FileCache.
