Oh sorry, @cwperks , I started the work over the weekend, if you could help with policy replacement, that would be great. We basically have 3 routes:

• shortcut ([POC] [Security Manager Replacement] Native Java Agent (dynamic code rewriting, must be low overhead) #16731 (comment))
• full rewrite (Simplify policy evaluation v1 #17728)
• find the existing library (if any)

These is basically necessary prerequisite for the replacement to work.
