Integrate Transport Service with an external plugin #2174

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As TransportService is working independently now we can integrate any plugin be it k-NN or ISM and make sure the plugin is able to receive a connection request from OpenSearch service.
- Identify the right external plugin to use.
- Add the identified plugin in the current project.
- Integrate it with the TransportService.
- Check for message
