Improvements in preserving task id in ThreadContext #2819

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the current task resource tracking implementation Task Id is preserved in Thread Context and referenced later to relate which thread is working on which Task. @reta Have suggestions on improving this and make it more robust. Tracking discussion related to it and the final change in this issue.
