[Extensions]Create a workflow to invoke the listeners of the extension points #3079

Most of the extension points of OpenSearch has a nested listener attached which calls the sub method of the extension point. Create a general template to handle the TransportRequest and attach a listener to the extension points to invoke their sub methods.
