[Remote Store] Add support for default repository name for remote store

As per the comment: https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch/pull/4253#discussion_r962847414, this issue will add a support to take default repository name for the remote store feature. The repository with the provided details will be created during bootstrap.
