[BUG] Remove DEFAULT_MAPPING_ERROR_MESSAGE from MapperService

Describe the bug

To keep the code clean I suggest to remove DEFAULT_MAPPING_ERROR_MESSAGE. It is no longer relevant.

Due to the lack of better issue category I am opening this as a BUG but it should fall into "Tech-Debt".
