Coming from opensearch-project/.github#220, we have formed an OpenSearch Foundation Governing Board (GB).

What solution would you like?

The GB, its charter, members, and processes, need to be documented in this repo.

looking into creating a 'governing-board' repo - similar to how we are setting up the 'technical-steering' repo

Let's not call that "governing-board", maybe "governance", "project-governance" or "foundation-governance" to match "technical-steering" :)
