Incorrect server versions for the API models #120
Description
With the recent addition of APIs to Smithy models, all the APIs were added with x-version-added as 1.0. The purpose of this issue is to validate these so that the APIs have the correct x-version-added, x-version-deprecated and x-version-removed parameters as part of #84 (comment)
