Extend custom branding support to the login logo

The login logo is the first image users see, It should be part of the custom branding options.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the login image to the the existing braiding options.

@seanthegeek I believe this is already supported but needs to be defined statically and cannot be changed at runtime through pages within OSD. Please see https://docs.opensearch.org/latest/security/configuration/multi-auth/

[Triage] thank you for the feature request @seanthegeek . Let me know if ^ works for you and otherwise I would definitely like to see these settings as dynamically configurable through pages in OSD.
