Setup

  1. Install go
  2. Install hugo
  3. Clone this repository: git clone https://github.com/opensourcestories/opensourcestories.org.git

Run the server

To run locally:

$ hugo server

To run locally with drafts enabled:

$ hugo server -D

Navigate to localhost:1313

Generate the site

To generate the HTML, run:

$ hugo

The static files will be stored in the public/ subdirectory.

Do you have an Open Source Story that you'd like to tell? Request a storytelling session with one of our facilitators. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every request, we will review each one thoroughly! Please provide as much detail in the scheduling form as possible about the story you'd like to tell.
