fix: android initialization crash

Description

Android is always crashing because data.zip is not unziped before discoverWorkDir is called.

Behaviour

Actual

Unzip data.zip is called after discoverWorkDir.

Expected

Unzip data.zip should be called before discoverWorkDir.
