Web Version

Es soll eine Web Version des EDI Viewer geben. Es soll auf eine asp.net blazor Anwendung aufbauen. Das Design soll wie Aspire aussehen mit dem FluentUi.
Auch sollen die Jsons 1:1 funktionieren.
