Sometimes BTF is available to bpftune, but because it has been generated by a newer libbpf than has been used to build bpftune, it is not usable. The right answer is to rebuild bpftune with a newer libbpf in such cases. Update log messaging to suggest this. Signed-off-by: Alan Maguire <alan.maguire@oracle.com>
