Refactor the Release process guideline #52
Description
The ORAS release process guideline doesn't describe the ORAS project release management process and release strategy, which includes release versioning, supported releases, and supported upgrades. I would like to refactor it and make this guideline much more straightforward for project maintainers and users. The refactored version will include the following sections:
- Glossary of Terms
- Release Versioning
- Supported Releases
- Release process
