Description of issue

When I try to uninstall some apps like Rancher Desktop (rancher) or Testcontainers Desktop (atomicjar/tap/testcontainers-desktop), brew fails with the following error:

Other apps like VLC can be uninstalled without issues. I've recently noticed this problem
