Why eza is choosen for listing

I am interested in knowing about eza -- why is it choosen, its difficult to type in first place
e → left middle finger (home row stretch)
z → left little finger (bottom row)
a → left little finger (home row)

though i can alias, but still wanted to know how often you people use the three letters eza.

The project was forked from https://github.com/ogham/exa, so it seems like a close-enough-but-different name.

I'd imagine that most users are going to alias ls, ll, etc. anyway.
