- closes BUG: astyping Categorical to nullable integer dtype #39616
- closes BUG: Categorical.from_codes casts nullable int categories to object #39649
- closes divide by 0 for Int64 is inconsistent with int64 #22793
- closes BUG: Cannot index into DataFrame with Nullable Integer as index #34497
- tests added / passed
- Ensure all linting tests pass, see here for how to run them
