• Read CLAUDE.md and understand the codebase
• Design clipboard history feature
• Implement clipboard history tracking (store last 25 items)
• Add History submenu to menu bar with restore/clear-history actions
• Wire up new callbacks and update applicationDidFinishLaunching_
• Update CHANGES, VERSION (→ 1.1.0), and README
• Commit and push changes

What was implemented

hello_clipboard.py

• MAX_HISTORY_SIZE = 25 constant
• ClipboardWindow.history list — stores {type, data, timestamp} dicts
• add_to_history(content_type, data) — prepends new entries, de-dups consecutive identical text, trims to 25
• _get_raw_image_data() — fetches raw PNG/TIFF bytes from pasteboard for image history
• restore_history_item(index) — puts a past entry back on the clipboard and refreshes the window
• clear_history() — wipes the list and resets the submenu
• checkClipboard_ updated to call add_to_history on every change
• MenuBarDelegate extended with restoreHistoryItem_ / clearHistory_ selectors
• MenuBarIcon gains a History submenu (rebuilt on each clipboard change) with timestamped previews and a "Clear History" item at the bottom; launches with a disabled "No History" placeholder
• History is seeded with clipboard content already present at launch
