Remediation history #32
Description
We want to be able to verify later what and when remediations occurred and whether they succeeded.
This helps confirm the effectiveness of remediation and identify any recurring remediation.
While not deleting NodeOperation resources achieves this to some extent, we could delete them accidentally.
A more reliable method would be preferable.
Emitting Prometheus metrics would be an option.
