tempfile provides functions for tempdirs too, so we do not need an old, deprecated dep. This also gets rid of a minor security advisory, not actually exploitable in our usage.

so we do not need an old, deprecated dep.
This also gets rid of a minor dependabot advisory,
not actually exploitable in our usage.
