What's in this PR?
fix phpstan errors that we got from the incorrect generic annotations.
i spent half a day with #32 and php-http/httplug#173 trying to get the generic annotation to work correctly, but i think its not possible to properly to do it because Promise::then returns a new Promise, so this ends up being recursive
