What does this PR aim to accomplish?:

1. Truncate long domain names and client names on regluar/slim/mega. Fixes "10 Mile long" Domain names "misaligns" PADD Screen. #326
2. Use all columns on tiny/slim/regular/mega. Fixed "Slim" does not use all available rows. #279
