A new project is added to test one method from each of the following subspecs: * FoundationCore * FoundationSpecHelper * UIKitCore * UIKitSpecHelper * CoreLocationSpecHelper No assertions of the actual functionality are made just smoke tests to ensure the frameworks are wired up correctly. The App uses PivotalCoreKit/Core and the Spec uses PivotalCoreKit/Development to test them independent of each other.
App sub-project is renamed Adjusted Podfile to integrate into existing parent workspace

This is a modified version of @joemasilotti 's pr to add a test target for the PCK Podspec and its subspecs
This is not yet fully integrated, for instance the rake tasks don't know about the sample app (TO DO)
