Document what labels are and if there is a workflow make it visible, consider triage sessions

**Describe the bug**
One of the easier tasks and really helpful can be to have triage sessions, labels being visible what means what and the flow might help there. For example, I see today 2 in 'good first issue' is that all there are or could there be more?

**Expected behavior**
A really easy way to get contributors engaged and on-boarded.
