Remove *.Transformation projects from PnP Core

The aim is to remove all *.Transformation projects from PnP Core that are not used.

The marked projects will get removed

We should check if Invoke-PnPTransformation command is still available in PnP PS and if yes we should communicate it to be deprecated

I checked and the Invoke-PnPTranformation command in PnP PowerShell was already removed
