Feature: Support for Additional Cryptocurrencies #6

Description
The bot currently only supports BTC and ETH. This feature would expand support to include popular altcoins, making the bot more versatile for users who want to diversify their DCA strategy.
Implementation Details
- Add a configuration option to specify which cryptocurrencies to purchase
- Extend the client interfaces to support dynamic trading pairs
- Update the exchange implementations to handle different cryptocurrency pairs
- Ensure proper minimum order amounts for each new pair
Suggested Cryptocurrencies
- XRP (Ripple)
- ADA (Cardano)
- MATIC (Polygon)
- SOL (Solana)
- DOT (Polkadot)
Acceptance Criteria
- Configuration supports a list of cryptocurrency symbols
- Each exchange client can handle dynamic pairs
- Proper error handling for unsupported pairs
- LINE notifications include all purchased cryptocurrencies
- Documentation updated with supported cryptocurrencies per exchange
Technical Considerations
- Need to verify which pairs are supported by each exchange
- Different cryptocurrencies may have different decimal precision requirements
- Minimum order amounts vary by cryptocurrency
