Prior to leading Private Identity, Mike served as VP and GM at Thomson Reuters, Executive VP and co-Founder of Discovery Logic, CEO of thinkXML and President of Science Management Corp. Mike authored papers and patents in biometrics, AI/ML, big data and cyber security.

Clayton Roth, President
Clayton is a seasoned strategic executive with experience managing highly successful sales, marketing and customer success teams at high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Private Identity Clayton led go-to-market efforts at AuthenticID as the SVP of Global Revenue and as before that at Jumio. Clayton is an expert in identity and fraud providing leadership in product design and development as well as authoring work in publications like Entrepreneur.com. At Private Identity, Clayton applies his extensive experience and proven track record in generating multi-million dollar revenues to drive the company's growth from inception to market leadership.

Nathan Dent, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Security Officer
Nathan has spent his career executing complex product, program, and system integration projects in large organizations. Prior to joining Private Identity, Nathan led Fiserv’s ATM Managed Services as Director of Product. Before that he fulfilled a succession of roles as SVP, Technology at Bank of America and Technology Manager at Shell North Pacific. Nathan is also a veteran of the United States Air Force. He currently holds 20 patents for innovations in ATM, retail and customer service technology. At Private Identity he leverages his combined experience in delivery and working across organizations to ensure Private Identity can deliver high-quality products and services to clients.

Kathleen Tobin, Executive Advisor – Global Strategic Partnerships
Kathleen is a senior enterprise partnership management leader and business development executive driving innovation and new product development and Go-to Market strategy for top tiered global financial service organizations including Bank of America, Citi, Equifax and IDEMIA and International Networks including Visa and Mastercard. Kathleen was also part of the McDonald’s Regional Advertising team that built and executed the product marketing strategy for McDonald’s Corp globally. Programs included Value Menu, 2for$2 products and the Supersize menu.
