every page title is `zot OCI-native Container Image Registry`

the title should include info relevant to what is being shown, e.g.

`https://zot.internal/image/mutexed%2Fhost/tag/7.54`
should have a page title that includes the image name, like "zot - mutexed/host:7.54"
