Ability to block updates/installations of Explore, Oculus Assistant Service, and Guidebook

The updates for those bloatware come back in a while from Oculus Core Mobile Services after uninstalling their updates. This is a problem because I want to keep those 3 disabled and not have it enabled by itself again.

The following package names that Oculess requests to block updates:
com.oculus.explore
com.oculus.assistant
com.oculus.guidebook
