- Amche initially emerged as a small-scale citizen initiative to map sound pollution in 2024, that subsequently metamorphosised into a larger exercise. Today, it meets global trends of preparing "zoning atlas" tooks that overlay legal regulations, as well as satellite and natural data that collectively reveal visually the complexity of Goa's landscape and land use.
