[BUG] Screenshot generator is down

What happened?

When using the screenshot generator (either in vscode or on the website) I get an error:
invalid json response body at https://pwa-screenshots.azurewebsites.net/screenshotsAsBase64Strings reason: Unexpected token '<', "<div style"... is not valid JSON

How do we reproduce the behavior?

Generate screenshots for a site.

What do you expect to happen?

Should generate screenshots.

What environment were you using?

Windows 11
