CHANGELOG web site pages are not updated

https://build.pypa.io/en/stable/changelog.html still lists 1.4.0 as the last version, while https://github.com/pypa/build/releases already has 1.4.3

Why not to read https://github.com/pypa/build/blob/main/CHANGELOG.rst ? Because GitHub is unable to render links to follow.

RTD build process failed for last 3 releases https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/pypa-build/builds/?version__slug=stable but the GitHub CI/CD didn't catch it. Why?

So the next release then. Interesting that RTD doesn't preserve old tags. Only stable and latest versions are available.
