Description

Using the standard config (using uv-build-frontend, and meson-python as build backend):

the Windows wheels fail to build with

• on 32-bit:

It looks to me that the reason for both errors is that the Python installed via nuget has the wrong architecture.

Could this be the same problem as observed in #2663 ? If you can, see if the problem persists with cibuildwheel v3.2.1

I think it's not same problem, the meson has checked the link is a real linker
