Stop testing on Travis CI. References to Travis CI are removed from docs. Travis CI specifics are kept as-is in cibuildwheel itself (mostly logging stuff).

Removing from the docs is fine. Whoever does the release notes for the next version, it would be nice to make a permalink to the last docs with Travis CI referenced.
