Reintroduce QRCode.terminal() in 1.5

Deprecate term() in 1.5 and use terminal() with the same behaviour as term()

Well, I did not want to change the behaviour of terminal() with the (minor) release 1.3.x so I introduced term() which works for Unix and WIndows platforms but does not return anything but writes directly to the tty.
IMO the name "terminal()" is better than "term()" so I thought, moving the "term()" behaviour to the (deprecated) terminal() method (an deprecating term()) would make sense.

What do you think?

I really would miss the terminal function. As I sometimes use it to send it to a thermal printer. And therefore printing it directly would not work for me.
