As Frontend Developer I want to have static + dynamic path support for magellan serve, so that I can use React's BrowserRouter.

I've now taken steps to add support for the dynamic resolution of urls like /some-virtual-url/7 and similar cases while maintaining static file resolution.

Adding support for static route either through CLI, config or other means as well as the envisioned behavior in the context of existing functionality would need clarification.
