Release of Zulu Control Board v1.0 rev 2024a

This new revision does the following

• Drops LEDs
• Drops 2.54mm pitch I2C headers, except for the OLED header
• shrinks board
• Switches to 4 x 2.8mm hole mounting holes
• Adds a dimension pdf
• Adds a 3D model step file
• Moves rotary controller, OLED, and buttons closer together
