Create strings.xml To support Chinese

I submitted an application regarding Chinese localization.Based on #1256, corrections were made according to other language panels.

Great effort! Obviously I don't understand the language to give my feedback regarding the actual translations, but everything seems to be OK.
I won't merge this for now so that, in case further texts are added until the next release, it's easier to translate them. If there are no new texts by then, I will merge this just before launching the next release. If there are, I will leave a comment here to notify you.

I'm planning on creating a minor release soon with bugfixes. If you want to finish the translation, that would be awesome!
