Todo

  • Rename "best answer" to "solution"
  • Add "enable solutions" category flag
  • Add solution permissions
  • Select post as solution
  • Display "solution" flag on threads list
  • Display "solution" bar the on thread page
  • Change solution
  • Remove solution
