Manually importing CAPI clusters is not supported

Description

The only supported method for importing native CAPI clusters into Rancher is the automatic import by marking namespaces or clusters. Any other Rancher method of importing clusters, i.e. Generic: Import any Kubernetes cluster that's used for clusters created using other provisioning mechanisms is explicitly unsupported.

Defition of Done

The documentation on cluster importing clearly states that only labeling namespaces/clusters for automatic import is supported for CAPI-provisioned clusters.
