This PR reduces the number of rough edges and improves readability and code consistency (consistent section numbering, function naming, variable naming, etc.).
Thanks to @rhiever for setting up automated Truesight checks for that to flag all these little issues that help lifting the quality bar!
PS: I am currently working hard on wrapping up the last chapter in https://github.com/rasbt/reasoning-from-scratch. I plan to add more fresh bonus materials afterwards!
